The high-pitched chime rings out again, vibrating off the classroom walls and freezing the class monitor mid-interrogation. Thinking quickly, Bunny slams her heavy textbook onto her own desk, creating a loud distraction that masks the server sound while she surreptitiously triggers a localized electromagnetic spike from her concealed dev-kit. The monitor’s phone screen flickers and goes permanently black, effectively neutralizing the hardware evidence before it can be cross-referenced. However, the surge blows the classroom's overhead lights, plunging the room into darkness and drawing the teacher's ire directly toward Bunny’s desk. Faced with the choice of being caught with the illegal hardware or accepting detention, Bunny surrenders her dev-kit to the teacher, forced to abandon her connection to the game to keep her identity secure.
