Krishna Leela: Tales of the Divine Child — Chapter 4: Demons in the Cradle
All chapters of Krishna Leela: Tales of the Divine Child
With his enemy hidden beyond reach, Kansa dispatches three assassins in succession — the shapeshifting Putana, the cart-demon Shakatasura, and the whirlwind Trinavarta — each shattered by an infant who has no idea he is doing anything remarkable at all.
Hook: A king who cannot find his enemy sends monsters instead — and each one dies proving the enemy was never in danger to begin with.
Key Event: Putana's collapse — her true monstrous form sprawled lifeless across the field, infant Krishna sitting unharmed and playing on her chest.
